Accounting (ACC-BAV)

Requirements:

• Male
• Education S1 majoring in Accounting from a reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years of working experience. Preferably have experience at public accountant office and financial institution
• Comprehend taxation (calculation & reporting)
• Comprehend financial statement and company's consolidated statements
• Able to develop budget/financial projection
• Deep understanding on PSAK and have ability to develop projection
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as team
• Proactive and high initiative
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Adaptive and fast learner
• Computer literate (especially MS Office)

Credit Review Head Micro Finance (CR) - Head Office

Requirements:

• Minimum education S1 in any majors
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Reviewer or Collection Manager Credit at Bank or non-bank financial institutions
• Good understanding on the problems of Credit Risk Management in Micro Finance
• Able to motivate the team below
• Leadership has a good ability
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Communicative, proactive and have a high initiative

Human Resources (HR BAV)

Requirements:

• Male, with minimum education S1
• Good knowledge on Human Resources activities (Recruitment, Training, and Compensation & benefit)
• Experienced as Human Resources (minimum 2 years), preferably have experience at financial institution
• Good persuasion, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, proactive and high initiative
• Computer literate (especially MS Office)
